Hey sir, I done shoulder laterj surgery before 4 months then my esr and all blood counts is normal. But I feel very week and tired some months so I checked my blood test my esr is 64 my c reactive protein serum is 6.7 and hemoglobin 11and wbc 10.10 so what I do

Your weakness probably not related to surgery. You can correct your low hemoglobin through iron medication. For weakness investigate further with serum calcium, serum vitamin 25(OH)D, TSH, sodium, pottasium estimation for further work up. It's advisable to check liver and kidney profile as well.
