What Causes Severe Fatigue After Any Physical Exertion?
my husband suffers from severe fatigue after any physical excertion to the extent that after 2 hours work he will need to sleep for 3-4 hours. he is 39 no known cardiovascular problems. his stools vary in colour from pale to dark. this has been going on for about 18 months

better get his haemoglobin levels checked.
may be he is suffering from anaemia.
