What Causes Severe Fatigue After Orgasm?
I have a 61 year old female friend who is embarrassed about a very sensitive issue. After reaching an orgasm she becomes incapacitated to the point that she is unable to move, and is so exhausted that it takes her about 30 minutes to recover. She is concerned that there something medically wrong with her. She thoroughly enjoys intimacy, but feels very awkward about this particular issue. What should she do?

Dear in few female it may be common little muscle weakness in the limbs and numbness in the legs after orgasms.
During orgasm blood pressure will be elevated lead to stroke or myocardial infraction in old age.
So please consult your physician/ neurologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.
