What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Depression And Low BP?

Yes, I feel like I have some element (chronic fatigue syndrome, ms, ?). I have above the norm fatigue, hypo through, som e depression, low blood pressure, minor cognitive issues, muscle aches and am sensitive to loud noises as well as bright lights especially fluorescent lights. I am a 57 year old female. What type of doctor should I vidit to see what is going on?

Hello, Thanks for the query.
The symptoms mentioned can be of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). However, it is difficult to say that you have CFS unless a few tests are done to rule out whether other conditions are present. So it is better if you get the following tests : CBC, Thyroid Function Test, Blood Glucose, Lipid Profile. Still others may be needed. But with above tests some guidelines will be available. Because hypothyroidism is one which can most of the symptoms mentioned. So please do get these tests and then based on the results one can proceed further. CFS has no specific treatment. So let us rule out if any of the other known and treatable conditions are present. Thanks.
