What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Difficulty In Swallowing Food?

I am a physician, quit years ago, and I remember a good bit. I have had increasingly severe fatigue (primary sympton) especially over the last 2 weeks, and I have had problems swallowing food, especially meat for about two months. Just trying to decide if I want to go to the doctor, because I m sure you have the same aversion to them as myself.
