Yesterday towards the end of the day, I felt very exhausted and had a naseua feeling. Once I got home had some food and finally stopped and got into bed, I felt a lot better. I then woke up this morning feeling some what ok and over the day the symptoms have started to get worse, hot and cold flushes, feeling very sick and cant be bothered moving. I head over seas in a few days and want to make sure its nothing serious or at least get a quick fix for myself so I can get better.
