What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Nausea?

Yesterday towards the end of the day, I felt very exhausted and had a naseua feeling. Once I got home had some food and finally stopped and got into bed, I felt a lot better. I then woke up this morning feeling some what ok and over the day the symptoms have started to get worse, hot and cold flushes, feeling very sick and cant be bothered moving. I head over seas in a few days and want to make sure its nothing serious or at least get a quick fix for myself so I can get better.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern
The symptoms you describe may be caused by many midical conditions. Some possible causes may include:
-Viral infection
-Bacteria infection
-Digestive parasitic infection
I will suggest you see the Doctor for investigation and treatment.Tests that may help identify the cause of your symptoms may include: full blood count, ESR, stool exam, typhoid test, malaria test if in a malaria zone.
The treatment of your condition will depend on tests findings. In the meantime, an anti-pyretic like paracetamol may help if you feel feverish.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
Wish you a speedy recovery
