What Causes Severe Fatigue Along With Short Term Memory Loss Post Concussion?

allo! camille meints here and thiis is awesome! i was 42 at time of head injury. i have 10 lesions on right lateral side of head(where i was struck) and 1 lesion on left. would this be consiidered contra coup? how long does it take for lesions to form, is one month to soon? 7 mri s rread ischemic and vasculitis, would this be considered secondary injury? i got hurt at work wich i was employed at 20 years, raised 3 kids almost singlehandedly. i worked in produce and was lifting 50 lbs, pushing and pulling over 1000lbs 8 to 10 hours a day. i am 5 1 and at the time 105lbs. my case has been going on 5years and my 401 just ran out. i have received no income. have been labeled somatic and conversive and that the mental decline i have experienced could have been like that before injury. before i was in produce i worked in softlines i was in charge of 8 departments aand 19 work stations. all was organized by departmennt brand and price point. have been sent on 5 store remodals reserved for department managers wich i never was. while in produce the floor laayouts were changed daily to fit that days freight; departmment managers were few and far in between due to high tturnover rate so i took thee lead in that area. i would like to point out that i have no history of somatic or conversive. i enjoy Jehovah s many gifts go to sunday service and have beautiful kids and friends who give lovely support. so i think i just lost track here ;) forgive me. if there are answers to my original queestions that would be awesome. i have trouble with words since my injury and it reflects my texting some how. i could read before school and in 9th grade i had colledge level readiing skills. really apprreciate any info u can share. the fatigue has not been adressed at all either wich is the prevaalent issue i have. not the pain.short memory or word finding. is there any help connected tto head injury out there? i worked 45 to 50 hours a week. 3 kids going in 3 directioons at school and maintained a clean and organized home but never experienced this leval of fatigue before. in high hopes and with warm regards camille, jade arron n connor meints!

As per my clinical experience, the memory loss post concussion indicates possible issue or insult at hippocampus region of the brain, responsible for majority of the memory processing. The fatigue issue can be pertaining to deficiency of vitamin B12, folic acid, zinc, copper, magnesium, iron or others.
