What Causes Severe Fatigue And Body Ache?

Hi I Im a 52 y/o African American woman, I m a so exhausted daily, It feels like I ve been drugged and I don t do drugs do not take any medications, every joint in my body hurts I have joint pain, shooting pain, prickly pain in my hands, pain in the top of my feet, I also feel dizzy on a daily basis, I did have a one time bad episode of vertigo that sent me to emergency room, could being peri-menopausal cause these symptoms, I do have mild hot flashes and I get a period about every four months, I was never ever irregular with my periods, I have had numerous aids test to rule that out because of the sick feeling and all over pain that I was having all the time those came back negative this has been going on for about 2 years never went to Dr. because if they cant explain what is going on first thing they say is its all in your head hope you can help Thank You
