What Causes Severe Fatigue And Body Ache?

Hello, for a couple of weeks I have been feeling tired. But last few days it has turned into major fatigue. Even my bones hurt and my muscles ache. I do not have flu symptoms. I am on various medication for bi polar, anxiety and adhd. Even walking the dog is exhausting. I cannot focus. I am gaining weight though my appetite is low. I feel asleep in the middle of a doctors appt. today. I don t know what s wrong with me.
