Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Depression itself can make us feel fatigued and, symptoms related to other conditions feel heavy if we are depressed. Try to control mental stress, do some regular workouts, engage more with friends and peers, and have some entertainments. Importantly, take the help of a psychologist and psychiatrist. Depression responds very well to drugs, and sometimes psychotherapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
