What Causes Severe Fatigue And Difficulty In Concentrating?

What is wrong with me? I awaken tired and it hurts to move....I can barely get up from a seated position to go the bathroom. I am fatigued all day everyday, I have scatter brain, trouble concentrating, and sad all the time. When I move around a little sometimes I start to feel better but if i move around too much then its worst than it was to start. I am tired of being tired......PLEASE HELP!!!

Are you depressed? Because that can lead to such symptoms. It may be connective tissue disorder.
