What Causes Severe Fatigue And Dizziness During Pregnancy?

The last couple days ive been VERY tired. Exhausted to say the least.. im 4 and a half weeks pregnant so that could be a reason why but today I have been super weak and dizzy. my ear hurts all the way down to my neck on the inside and my throat is scratchy and I have a cough.. Any idea what could be wrong with me? I know pneumonia has been going around my work lately but I didn t think that was contagious!

hi mam, pregnancy usually leads to hemodilution that causes anemia and also weakness.dizziness is also a very common symptom in pregnancy.other symptoms mentioned go in favour of a upper respiratory tract infection.even u have mentioned about history of exposure to infected staff.just try steam inhalation, warm water gargling and bed rest for 2 days.if it doesnt subside or if new symptoms appear, you can take tablet AZITHROMYCIN 250mg twice daily for 3 days.caution as you are pregnant, you need to consult your obstetrician before using any medicine.please take care.bye.wishing u a very safe delivery and a cute, healthy baby.
