What Causes Severe Fatigue And Dizziness Upon Standing?

For the past 4 days I have experienced extreme fatigue, dizziness upon standing, and diarrhea. I feel hungry, often ,but as soon as I eat, I feel so tired and dizzy. Probably just the flu? I have developed gluten and dairy sensitivity and usually am careful about my diet.

Hello,

In case of diarrhea, we develop hypovolemia and electrolytes are lost with it which can lead to fatigue and dizzy. You should control diet and increased fluid intake with ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution).
