What Causes Severe Fatigue And Dizziness?

Every few months I get these episodes where I m really tired, my legs get sore, my fingers and feet get tingly and sometimes fall asleep, and sometimes I get dizzy. I ve been to my doctor but she saysveverything is fine. But I don t feel fine. It s been happening again the last few days but this time I got weak from leg pain, my knee went out and I fell. I don t want to go to the ER because it s not that serious, but my doctor isn t concerned. What should I do?
