What Causes Severe Fatigue And Dry Cough While On Hydralazine?

I am presently taking 50 mg Hydralazine 3x daily. Experiencing exhausted feelings,no energy, sinus problems, dry cough, sneezing, runny nose. Also taking 15 mg actos (generic),aldoctone 25 mg 1x daily. Sleep under a cpap, & have diabetes, should I contact my dr. Regarding dosage of Hydralazine for lowering dosage or what can I do, feeling like I m overmedicating....help on what s going on.

Hydralazine thrice daily is a relatively larger dose. Hydralazine can be replaced by nitrates.
