60+ extremely fit female that teaches spin, eats healthy, completes spartan marathons, and maintains healthy lifestyle along with husband experienced syncope while climbing a rope in a spartan race... Next day extreme low energy no motivation to do anything including drive... Second day still not feeling well... Thoughts?

It is possibly a mild or early viral infection.

These are the most common types of infection and they are associated with fatigue.They may also cause syncope as well.

At the moment, you can consider monitoring for any changes. The main general treatment would be fluid and rest.
Other treatment would be directed towards any other symptoms that occur.
