What Causes Severe Fatigue And Low Pulse Rate?
Hello, I am a 72 year-old female, I am in good health but frequently I have bouts of extreme weakness with rapid and weak pulse rate. I feel pressure in my chest but not necessarily short of breath. I cannot continue my activity, whether simply doing dishes or something more active.

It's good that you are concerned about your health. I gone through your history. This may be early signs of impending heart failure. You should take advice of cardiologist once to rule out whether these are heart failure symptoms or is there any other reason.
