What Causes Severe Fatigue And Lower Backache?
I was hit by a car on Sept.29,er doctor told me to followup with md,she said i had a umbilical hernia , high bp, did bloodwork has ordered a mri of the neck and ct of abdomen again.I have been complaining of my bowels changing and exhaustion sleeping 10 hours have started taking medforim but my tsh is high,i have had a pitutary tumor for 20+ years and it has only grown 3mm in that time , Mayo said i may have thyroidism and addrenal fatigue but my lowerer back and upper left abdomen hurts anything i eat goes thru me.

High TSH definitely is hypothyroidism and it's causing you the bowel problem and the fatigue. But check for tumor also if its needs treatment. For hypothyroidism a tablet of Thyroxine hormone will help you a lot.
