General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
The maincause to fatigue &muscular weakness is thyroid problem (low thyroid hormone) causing reduced metabolism &weakness.
The H pylorii infection adds up to hypetacidity &pain in upper abdomen ... leading to less food intake still reducing energy .
You should get specialised treatment by gastroenterologist for HPylorii infection &also by endocrinologist forregulating thyroid hormone levels
Please don't worry... you would be fine with specified treatment.
Thanks.
