What Causes Severe Fatigue And Nausea?

I traveled to Baja 2 weeks ago with two buddies and when we returned about a week later the three of us became extremely tired, nauseous and couldn’t eat. It’s been that way for the three of us for the past week. We didn’t drink the water, but did eat. Any ideas?

dear user

the cause of your fatigue and nausea refer to some causes

....first cause of hedache is stress and anxiety and sleeping disorders and you should observe any emotional or psychological troubles you may have....second cause that we may role out is anemia and poor nutrition because that enough cause severe fatigue and should be managed if present...third it may be more effort or travelling that lead to physiological changes of your body..........at last you shouldnot get severe worry of that and just try to relax and give your self funny days to relieve of stress.......till now we neednot to think about pathological cause as you have no syigns suggest that

wish you healthy life
