What Causes Severe Fatigue And Numbness In The Hand?

I have air hunger, pain in my right lung and sometimes radiating down arm with slight numbness in hand, a tender feeling on top of head often in morning or end of day, and extreme fatigue ongoing and fluctuating for last year. I have xrays (happy to send) that I can only get a doctor to say there is no pneumonia, but clearly there is something else going on with patches of white, etc.on the lungs and between vertebrae. Please help me. I am at my wit s end and believe this is also affecting oxygen to my brain. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The fatigue sounds to be low haemoglobin, deficiency of vitamins or else. The numb hand may be neuronal compression at the cervical level or else.

I would like to assist further with the X-rays available with you to be reviewed as an attachment in follow up the conversation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
