What Causes Severe Fatigue And Pain In The Joints?

Hi, I was given Hepatitis C through a tainted blood transfusion in 1962. My genome is 2B and I seem to be managing it well as I don t drink or do drugs. However, I have other symptoms, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, and have now developed a significant case of itching. I would like to know if this is related. Thank you.
