What Causes Severe Fatigue And Purple Discoloration On The Toes?
I have several health problems RA is the major one along with PBC of the liver. past 2 weeks been extremely tired could sleep all the time finger tips have turned purple & also my toes & bottom of feet got me really concerned. I ve had neck surgery back surgery arm surgery & knee scope. do I need to see a doctor?

Consult a rheumatologist and get evaluated. It might be due to arthritis affecting toes. We have to rule out conditions like a fungal infection and peripheral vascular disease.
