Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I work 10 hours a day, I have been feeling extremely fatigued, falling asleep as soon as I get home. I also snore horribly. I also can t get enough to drink, I m constantly thirsty. I average at least 8 water bottles a day. I have a fib but had an ekg today and was told I m ok there. Generally feel terrible
Snoring in the night may be the initial symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea. This is specially is very likely, if there is fatigue and excessive sleepiness during the day. So I understand you should see your doctor to check for this. Excessive thirst may have many causes, but we should check blood sugar and serum Calcium. So it is necessary to get to your doctor and do these basic tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman ,
