Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

RA test is done to rule out rheumatoid arthritis. Possibility of Rheumatoid arthritis is very less because it can not cause sudden onset symptoms. RA patients usually show gradually progressive symptoms, not sudden. Possibility of viral infection and Lyme s disease is more likely. So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Take simple painkiller like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1-2 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
