I have massive mucus a nd keep trying to get it up, but it hurts my face so much i END UP CRYING. Loss of appetite. Lower b.elly cramps and having to use the bathroom. I can take only few steps and feel like passing out, a little nausea Feels like my eyes want to stay rolling to the back of my head and focusing is difficult at times. Can you help me? Lo
It seems a case of neuralgia most likely glossopharyngeal neuralgia which effects mandible, face, throat, neck. Due to anxiety you have other GIT symptoms as well. But I need to record your history of pain, time, duration, relation with food and any history of blood pressure. I hope you will send feedback to guide you better. You can also report to emergency room and must report to address it properly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
Dentist
