What Causes Severe Fatigue Despite Taking Synthroid?

I am 58 yo female, I m in good shape, a few months ago I experienced extreme exhaustion every time I got on the treadmill, my doctor did blood work and increased my synthroid to.112mcg from .100, I felt a lot better, now a few months later I m experiencing the same thing! What should I do?

Hello,

I think you should take an appointment with Endocrinologist and evaluate the thyroid gland function. Maybe you need to change the dose of Synthroid.
