What Causes Severe Fatigue, Dizziness And Nausea After A Head Injury?

My husband fell and hit his head a month ago and got a concussion. When he went to trauma care they gave him a CTScan and stitched him up and said the scan didn’t show anything so he was able to come home. A month goes by with no problems and all of a sudden he’s very tired all the time, light headed, nauseated, peeing about every hour, and his balance is all off and his left hand has been lifting as if to help balance himself without him realizing it. Any ideas? YYYY@YYYY

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly get the CT scan brain done. Sometimes epidural hemorrhage can be present with lucid interval and at the time of injury there would be nothing. Therefore get the CT scan done and go for neuro opinion for further Rx.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
