What Causes Severe Fatigue, Drowsiness And Diarrhea?

I have been very drowsy feeling, and weak the past two days. Feeling fatigue and had diarrhea took some medicine and it stopped. I take medicine to help me fall asleep and stay asleep, and I slept good last night then during the day, I'm still do drained and tired.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe fatigue, drowsiness and diarrhea. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , side-effect , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome or gastroenteritis. I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy , drink plenty of water take small and frequent meals , take antihistamine like benadryl twice a day and take antacid after every meal . Consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like endoscopy , stool test and ultrasound . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , ornidazole , immunosuppressants along with lopramide .
