General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Your symptoms are likely to be due to nutritional deficiency/ malabsorption.I would suggest you to measure your blood hemoglobin, vitamin B12 and D levels.

Blood pressure and blood sugar levels should also be checked for abnormalities.

Iron/Multivitamin supplements and also calcium supplements should be taken.

In case of vitamin D deficiency, cholecalciferol supplements should be taken with milk.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
