What Causes Severe Fatigue In An Elderly Person?

Hi my grandmother is 78 years, and have been extremely weak and babbling words. She was rush to the hospital she been sleeping for more than a week and can barely talk, I noticed her belly and face swollen, she also have a twist on the left of her face. The doctors are not sure if it s stroke or heart attack . A CT scan and ecg was done but still awaits results .
