What Causes Severe Fatigue, Insomnia And Hot Flashes Along With Palpitations Of Heart?

I have multiple symptoms and my doctor seems to have given up figuring it out...the symptoms I am going to list have been going on for a long time...severe fatigure, insomnia off and on, night/day sweats, hot flashes (can see my face turn pink) headaches, neaseau, blood pressure fluctuation, heart palpitations as well as often a fast heart rate. there are more symptoms but the only thing the doctor has found so far is that my blood platlets have been a bit low for awhile. I need help, what could possibly be wrong?
