What Causes Severe Fatigue, Nausea And Chest Pain?

My daughter, age 50, is experiencing extreme fatigue, nausea, has had chest pain along with sharp stomach pain, clammy skin. She fainted on Thurs. went to urgent care today. EKG showed some anomaly. Was told bed rest for the week end. I believe she should go to emergency. Do you have any suggestions as she is resistant.

If the EKG showed some anomaly it has to be properly diagnosed. she may need an echo cardiography. Don't delay the tests as it may be a sign of a serious heart disease
