What Causes Severe Fatigue When Diagnosed With Parkinson S Disease?

I was diagnose with Parkinson seven years ago......I have all the symptoms of Parkinson with the exception I show no signs of muscle disorders. Out of all the symptoms fatigue has to be my worse enemy. Is there a med that has had positive results treating this one symptom?
