What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Diltiazem?

I have atrial fibrillation and take diltiazem every 6 hours at 30 mg ea. I have been put on levoquin for a rare bladder infection type and am noticing an occasional oxygen sat. level drop and during night had a pulse of 175. I see by the literature that levoquin is really not super safe for me. Doctor says its only thing that will work. Soooo ....my fatigue level is extreme and am wondering if the increased dosage of diltiazem is affecting the thyroid hormone uptake.

can take for atrial fibrillation with consultation with cardiologist. take ecg for medication or alteration of doses consult doctor. if recomanded then pacemaker can be taken.
