What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Metoprolol?

My husband takes metoprol tar tab tab 25 MG twice a day, he feels great for a couple days and then he for a couple of days will feel completely exhausted and wants only to sleep. His GP and cardiologist tell us his tests are all great. we are wondering if it could be this medication? He is also taking; Zantac tab 150MG , Clopidogrel Tab 75 MG, Isosorbide Mono ER 30 MG, Crestor 5MG , Multi Vitamin, Vit 12 2000MG daily.His birth-date is; 9/24/34 . Thank you.
