What Causes Severe Fatigue While On Oxybutynin, Tizanidine And Pantoprazole?

Some combination of drugs that I take in the morning cause me to be extremely tired. I take a multi vitamin, vitamin B-12, Vitamin c, calcium, fish oil, vitamin D, 1 aspirin 325 (MD order because I had a DPT when I was 21), oxybutynin 5mg, meclizine 25mg, tizanidine 4mg, fluticasone 50mcg spray, pantoprazole 40mg, clonazepam .5mg. I have bad digestive health, vertigo, and need antidepressants for panic attacks. The only recent change was the oxybutynin as Humana didn t cover a different bladder control medicine.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Oxybutinine and Tizanidine can cause excessive sleepiness and dizziness especially on the initial days of usage.
It will settle gradually.
If symptoms persist you can consult a neurologist and ask for alternatives.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
