Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone through the detailed history you have given. You are going through a lot of health issue and they took away your independence and freedom. Indirectly and unknowingly these also cause negative impact in one's brain. This can lead to psychosis and depression. Your all symptoms are more suggestive of depression. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You need anti depressant drugs and motivational sessions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
