What Causes Severe Fatigue?

hello i am 55yrs old and spent all yesterday at my Aand E went in because i was getting weakness to the point of passing out , and i did not pass out, it was late and i went to bed but during the night i was still getting weakness and a strong smell of vinnellia before i got weak, and the a and e did all tests ct scan heart etc....all clear and i have them still but not as many...the doct said it could be phycological, but im a very mater of fact person and not this type, what am i to do if it goes on like this

Consult a physician and get evaluate. Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause. We have to rule out possible causes like anemaia and thyroid dysfunction.
