What Causes Severe Fatigue?

I am suffering from something that is getting worse. I feel movement and biting all over my body. (My back, my legs, my feet, and especially my scrotum area) This has been going on for years and years. I ve seen various doctors about this. I feel like these things have grown up. I m tired. Please advise.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I am sorry for the health problems you are facing and here is my advice.

The first step to determine your final diagnosis is to run a good physical examination by your physician and dermatologist to rule out possible skin issues.

Complete blood count and further biochemistry tests should be run to rule out related liver/kidney/pancreas function. Stool examination for ova/parasites and urine analysis to rule out respective disorders.

Next, if nothing organic will be found, then, psychiatrist to further consult as might need psychotherapy treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
