What Causes Severe Flatulence And Headaches During Mornings?
I am suffering from gastric & headache problem in the morning. After sleeping at night when I wake up in the morning I am feeling headache and gas passing though rectum. I have no pain in belly or stomach. I have only large Spleen problem. Please give me suggestion to cure this problem.

I really appreciate your concern, such condition first need to be managed for dyspepsia and for that I would suggest "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
