General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Increased bloating or increased flatus can be related to different possible causes such as : (1) gas producing foods such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, turnips, beans, brussel sprouts, carbonated drinks, prunes

(2) constipation

(3) lactose intolerance or intolerance to other foods

(4)celiac disease

(5)side effect of medication

(6)reflux

If you are using any of the above foods then you may want to reduce intake to see if this helps.
If this not the case, then you may consider a food diary to see if it is related to any other foods.

If it is difficult to find the cause then you may need to see your doctor for assessment.

I hope this helps
