What Causes Severe Fluctuation In Blood Pressure Despite Taking Losartan?

I was diagnosed with hyperstension and have been on Losartan 25 mg for 4 months. I have changed my entire lifestyle as well - consistent exercise, lost 30 pounds, changed my eating habits and track all of my food intake. 1 month ago my BP started fluctuating again. My systolic is all over teh place but the most consistency is with my diastolic remaining in the 85-95 range. I have been back to the doctor several times over the past few weeks and she has added a diuretic, doubled my dose of Losartan to 50 mg, yet I still have episodes of a fuzzy feeling, headaches, lethargy, etc. My bloodwork is all normal. I have had no chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or blurred vsiion (any of teh symptoms I have been told to be concerned about). But, I am still not feeling right! I feel like every time I call the doctor I am overreacting and starting to cry wolf . What should I do?

Noted you are over reactive to situation.
Suggestive stress taking personality.Stress can elevate your blood pressure.

Take low salt diet with green leaf veg with regular exercise.meanwhile avoid stress.

With advancing age elasticity of vessel decreasing , so blood pressure can be elevated.

Search for kidney problem by USG and LFT.
As kidney problems can cause hypertension.

Do you have any history of neurogenic or endocrine cause??If yes then it can lead secondary hypertension.

Don't worry.maintain healthy life style with drugs.

Avoid smoking.
