What Causes Severe Fluctuation In Thyroid Levels?

Sir I have thyriod for last 23 yrs My TSH level becomes iregullar some time Zeero some time more than 13 T3 and T4 is ok. Recently Doctor precribed 150 MG dose which made TSH 0.05 than he asked me to take 125 mg Still not comming within limit What shall i do

I really appreciate your concern, just do nothing because it does not seems any problem and no need to worry about this, TSH can not be zero, here the main concern would be clinical symptoms and not the test, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
