What Causes Severe Gas, Lower Right Abdominal Pain And Constipation?

Hi, I awoke this moring, feeling very gas, and feels like I am constipated. I am having pain in lower right side, so I took a laxative and some pain med. pain is not going away, and still have not have bowel movement. I also threw up a little, I was wondering if it could be an appendicitis, thank you
