What Causes Severe Gas Pains After Eating, Sweating And Chills?

I have severe gas pains after I eat, plus I sweat and get the chills from this. I do have GERD but I take omeprazole for that. There is no burning sensation with this. I also have a hard time inhaling a breath all the way. I feel like I have to make myself vomit in order to feel better, but I hate doing that. Also, I fell and hurt my back a couple of weeks ago, and maybe I pulled muscles in my stomach? I have all ready had 2 b.movements, but I m still feeling lousy! Should I go to the ER to get this looked at?

U must consult a gastroentrologist. Use tab. Omrprazo 20mg daily. Use tab. Itopride 50mg thric daily before meal
