What Causes Severe Groin Pain, Thigh Pain And Abdomen Discomfort?

hi im 16 years of age for the past year i have sufferd with really severe acheing in my groin and it also spreads to my thighs i get a dull uncomftable pain in the right side of my lower abdomen i suffer with this every couple of weeks can you please tell me what could be causing this? thanks
