What Causes Severe Hair Fall Near The Temple Region?

Hi Dr, I have a strange hair loss on my right temple. I am looking for causes. I have NO male baldness in my family at all. I take great care of my health, good diet and exercise. I do sweat at night sometimes, and I think it is heat and sweat exposure related. (I sleep on my right side). How can I treat this? -Keep my head colder? Would massaging it, or lotions do anything? Thanks.

it can just be normal hair fall and dandruff can be checked is so can apply nizralsolution followed by nizral shampoo. it can be repeated
