What Causes Severe Hair Loss Along With Pain In The Joints?

I am losing my hair, my joints and leg muscles ache, i have diareha symptons, cramping in my abdomen. I am very tired frequently. One month ago I was switched from Zetia to a statin to help lower my LDL. I have been diagnosed with gerd, high blood pressure, cardiomyopathy. Eight months ago, I had sinus surgery and I feel something has been working on me since then. Any ideas?

Hello,

There are several reasons for hair loss and fatigue and joint pain. I think you should check your thyroid gland function.

You should do a total blood count, thyroid hormone levels, and anti ANA antibodies. Hypothyroidism or lupus may be a cause.
