What Causes Severe Hair Loss Inspite Of Giving Adgain In Children?

Hi,this is about my niece who is 8 years old.Her hair was thick and good in quality..but from last 2 years her hair was falling.After many treatments,falling become less.But the thickness and quantity of the hair is not become like previous.And in some part of the head is no hair.Recently doctor gave her ADGAIN capsule,ANASTRIM CONCENTRATE(WHICH DO NOT USE ON CHILDREN AND TEENAGER.....AS WRITTEN ON THE PACK),ANAPHASE shampoo,Q-SERA hair serum.My questions are ,Is Adgain capsule and Anastrim lotion would suitable for her?especially Anastrim lotion?Are both of these would have any sidefects on her as this is her growing age.Help me..
